How to Choose the Best WordPress Hosting? (Official Guide)

Often overlooked, web hosting is one of the key component of every successful website. Choosing the best WordPress hosting for your needs can improve your …
They all start as your best friend when you approach them initially but in most case you will end up wasting time and money with most of them. Some of them can’t even handle a proper migration (intersever) , others they would sale you unmanaged vps as managed vps, and tell you that they actually manage only the physic server (cleaning the dust or some other nonsense). Some of them are good but they will charge you an arm and a leg for renewal (A2 hosting), on others you need to wait for support on chat 30 to 45 min (inmmotionhosting).  I have changed no more then 7-8 (yes you got that right) hosting companies in the past ¾ months (some of them were terrible slow).  Also be aware of the reseller packages, you will get in most cases a product that you actually can’t sell, as they have no interest in creating more competition in a already mega saturated market ( get yourself a VPS (prices are similar to reseller and at least you can customize it as you feel like).

Another thing take most of the reviews with a pinch of salt, some are done by affiliates, while others come from the competitors trying to ruin or still each other businesses.  Booking monthly hosting is a bit more expensive on the long run, but at least you have the liberty to move when you feel like, and keep the hosting more alert if they want to keep your business for long term. Long contracts 3-4 years are cheaper but if let’s say in year 2 the hosting starts having problems and you have to move, you get no refund in most cases and loose the rest of the money. That’s way at webzinio.com you will find no such deals our contracts are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.
